About Dr. Tim Puckett

Dr. Tim Puckett was born and raised in South Carolina. As a young man, he attended Summerville High School where he was a State Wrestling Champion and proud member of the Summerville Greenwave South Carolina State Champion football team, playing under the legendary Coach John McKissick.

Young Tim discovered chiropractic treatment while watching his uncle perform chiropractic techniques at his own practice. As his interest grew, he shadowed and continued to talk with his uncle about the practice.

Dr. Tim Puckett began his journey to chiropractic with an interest in healthcare as an undergraduate at Baptist College in Charleston, SC and College of Charleston studying Biology and Chemistry. He then went on to attend Life Chiropractic University in Marietta, GA and attained the distinction of Doctor of Chiropractic in 1989.

After graduation, Dr. Tim Puckett and his wife, Donna, were looking for a place to open his practice and put down family roots. When they came to York they fell in love with the history, enjoyed the hospitality, and looked forward to growing their family and practice in this 2^nd largest historical area in the state. They agreed that York, “just felt like home.”

Dr. Tim Puckett is a long-standing member of the First Presbyterian Church and has been involved in many different clubs and organizations throughout the area. He and his wife raised their three daughters in York and when not in the office, he enjoys taking in football and soccer games and can be seen riding his motorcycle.

Dr. Tim Puckett looks forward to helping new patients and takes pride in the many long-lasting client relationships he has fostered throughout Western York and the surrounding communities.
